Addiction Counselling
I worked in a residential rehab for drug and alcohol addictions for 5 years offering one to one counselling as well as facilitating groups in subjects such as boundary setting, assertiveness, family dynamics, anger, guilt and shame.
Bereavement Counselling
I was a counsellor for a bereavement charity for 4 years, gaining extensive knowledge in associated areas of this work including dementia and death by suicide.
